To rein in Change Orders and minimize delays, every member of the Project Team needs to have a working knowledge of the construction process. Our course provides this core knowledge which will be invaluable in effectively planning, managing and constructing these challenging projects. Failure to adequately address constructability is a primary cause of delays and cost overruns.

Accreditation. The classes have been accredited by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Practicing Institute of Engineering (PIE) and endorsed by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) which serves as the course provider.
